Feasibility Studies
A S Architects has extensive experience in feasibility studies and evaluating existing facilities for their potential and deficiencies. We have evaluated existing facilities for:
Accommodating New Educational Program
Building Codes and ADA compliance
Renovation for an Adaptive Reuse
Structural Deficiencies
M/E System Upgrade
Fire Protection and Security System Upgrade
Moisture Protection, including Roof evaluation & replacement and Sub-grade Moisture Penetration
In the study our effort has been to minimize the project cost by utilizing existing useful elements to their fullest extent as long as design intent for the project is adequately met. Our reports focus on potentials of the existing facility for upgrade to aesthetic appearance as well as meeting user requirements. Several of the following studies have been adopted for design to upgrade the facilities.
