A century old water filtration facility is modified to accommodate support and administrative services for an addition of 300,000 sf, water filtration plant. The new plant is designed to meet current EPA regulation for drinking water. Construction Cost is estimated at $88,000,000.
The existing facility is one of the City’s landmark structure built in Italianate architecture style. The new facility is designed with similar architectural vocabulary in a fresh way to maintain its identity but still to blend in surrounding architecture.
